Graduation Exercise Ticket Information
GRADUATION EXERCISE TICKET INFORMATION
Planning has already begun for the 2018 Graduation Ceremony. The Graduation ceremony
will occur on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the Jubilee Auditorium.
Tickets for the ceremony will go on sale in late April. Each graduate will be able to purchase
6 tickets for the ceremony for their family and friends. The graduate does not
need to purchase a ticket to the ceremony. If there are still tickets available after every graduate
has had a chance to purchase their initial 6 tickets, we will sell those additional tickets
After Grad & Grad Banquet 2018
AFTER Grad is a substance free celebration that has been hosted by a LCHS grad parent committee for 23 years. We are still looking for volunteers for this event. If you are interested in helping out with the AFTER Grad committee, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call the school at 780-986-2248.
Information for the After Grad Party
School Council and Parent Association News
The Parent Association has two event-specific committees this year that are just getting
started: Grad Banquet and After Grad Party. We are looking for more parents to join these
The Grad Banquet Committee helps plan for decorations, ticket sales, and setup/take
down for the dinner held after the Graduation Ceremony.
The After Grad Party coordinates the “dry” graduation party held after the Banquet, including
organizing activities and prizes.
Students are encouraged to attend and participate in the Student Grad Council planning,
held during school hours throughout the year. This group (which also includes LCHS
staff) focuses mainly on the Graduation (“Commencement”) Ceremony.
May 26th, 2018 seems a long way off but there is plenty of work to be done before then to
celebrate the Grade 12 Graduating Class!

Grad Photos Re-Takes
Grad Photos Re-Takes will take place March 12th & 13th. Appointments must be pre-booked online. To book your appointment for your 2018 Leduc Composite High School Graduation Portraits, please go to: http://lifetouch.ca/northernalberta.
Find your school on the list, select your session and available dates/times will appear. Choose the time that suits your schedule and follow the prompts to book it. Please remember to check the exam schedule so you do not book photos during a time when you will be writing a Final Exam.
You will receive a confirmation email – should you need to change your appointment, you can access your profile with the link included in this email. You will receive a reminder email two days in advance of the sitting. Be sure to review the tips on the Lifetouch link to get the most out of your once in a lifetime high school grad portrait sitting.
For all students wanting to order photos, a $25 cash or cheque sitting fee will be due at the photo session made out to “Lifetouch”. Should you have any questions in regards to Grad Photos, please see Mrs. Thiessen in the Learning Centre or call the school Ext. 174.
