Student/Parent/Guardian Access to Leduc Composite High School – Monday, March 23
Monday, March 23, one student/parent/guardian is invited to LCHS, according to the alpha schedule below, to pick up their child’s personal belongings and other materials.
Pickups will take place at the South end of the school – the doors by Cosmetology and the MacLab Theatre entrance. Come to one of the doors and give your name. A staff member will retrieve your belongings. All locker contents are being bagged.
This schedule is in place to limit the number of individuals arriving to the building at one time. Thank you for arriving during your scheduled time:
A – B: 8:45am – 9:15am
C – D: 9:15am – 9:45am
E – G: 9:45am – 10:15am
H – J: 10:15am – 10:45am
K – L: 10:45pm – 11:15am
M – O: 11:15am – 11:45pm
P – R: 12:15pm – 1:15pm
S – V: 1:15 pm – 1:45pm
W – Z: 1:45 pm – 2:15pm
Please note the following:
Should you not be able to pick up materials at the scheduled time on Monday, you may email the school
[email protected] to arrange pick up on Tuesday, March 24 from 10 am – 12 pm.
The contents of Mechanics student’s lockers will be distributed with their regular school locker contents – South End of the School.
Students who need to pick up Welding and Construction projects can do so at the overhead door for each of these programs. Welding locker contents will also be available in this fashion.
Depending on their program, some students will have print materials handed out to them on Monday. These will be included with their locker contents.
Miss Myer will be distributing kits to Art Students. She will contact the students with details.
