It is important for all high school students to have a MyPass account through Alberta Education. The MyPass Account can be used to:

  • Access the student's DAR (detailed academic report) which includes their credit count and all of the high school courses they have taken with their final grades
  • Access the student's credential report which includes all of the graduation requirements that are completed and incomplete
    • Students can choose between credentials for an Alberta High School Diploma or the credentials for a Certificate of High School Achievement (KAE certificate)
  • Access the student's Diploma exam results (this is the ONLY way to see these results)
  • Obtain a High School Transcript for themselves or to be mailed to a post-secondary institution.

Students require their ASN (Alberta Student Number) and a non-school email to set up an account. The process is much faster if the non-school email is initially entered by a Grade Administrator or Counsellor.

MyPass can be accessed through this link.
