With the reduced numbers of high school students we have fewer cars parking at LCHS. However, we are seeing more congestion during drop off and pick up times. This has caused traffic flow issues for cars and buses as well as creating more hazards for pedestrians crossing the lot. 

To try and alleviate the traffic flow issues, we are designating the lane in front of the MacLab theatre as one-way, flowing from the East to the West. Appropriate signage has been placed.  We have also added a stop sign on the lane that comes in from Corinthia drive. This will allow the one-way traffic to flow safely out of the area in front of the theatre.  Please see the map below.
