Cultural and Physical Anthropology 30 provides students with a scientific and cross-cultural understanding of humanity in all its aspects. It is a holistic discipline that examines what it means to be human from an evolutionary past to contemporary global cultures. The overall purpose is to encourage students to analyze human experience critically, understand the interconnectedness of culture and biology, and appreciate the immense diversity and adaptability of the human species.
